Well I have jumped back into training with a vengence (watch me get injured!) after RFTK on Sunday.
Monday night I did an easy 10k around flat Williamstown. It took me 8k just to warm up and stop feeling like crap! Last night I did a good steady 12k with hills around Mt Waverley with Ebo - nice that we can still go for a run together. Starting in Lawrence Rd we went down Regent St and left into Waverley Rd, up to Blackburn Road, left turn and up to Burwood Hwy, left again and along to Stephensons Rd, left again and along Stephensons Rd to Waverley Rd, left again and back down the hill to Regent St, finishing with 200m up Regent St. We covered the first 5k in about 28 minutes (sl0000w) but finished the full 12.1k in 1:02 which included some long hills on Burwood Hwy and Stephensons Rd, so pretty pleased with that.
Signed the divorce form last night and Ebo lodged it with the court today. Had a good cry. Not the way I planned my life but time to move on.
