I still go out an run simply to maintain my weight. I did lose quite a bit of fat in the lead-up to Six Foot and I liked the way I looked (photos here). I am a few kgs heavier now which I know looks better on me, but I prefer to be slimmer. My eating disorder is getting worse not better and I know I need help. I am sitting down tonight to write up a running/training calendar for the next 8 weeks which I hope will be the start of a better period for me.
