Oh my god I am sore. I forgot how badly the downhills at Maroondah hurt. I am sitting at my desk at work and I have spasms of pain going down my left leg from my bum to below my knee almost continuously. My left ankle is still very tender from Sunday's fall too. Getting up out of my chair is a struggle!
Went out for a run this morning and was way to ambitious. It should have been an easy 5-8k but I decided to do a 12-15k, but ended up walking after 12k. Very heavy and dead legs. The ankle was tender from halfway too. Probably shouldn't have run at all.
Food intake since the weekend has been pretty good. I need to have bigger breakfasts.
